Great lens, but I have several frames where the autofocus has locked onto something behind the subject. I must remember to use the focus lock. :-) Steve - -----Original Message----- From: owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us [mailto:owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us]On Behalf Of Nathan Wajsman Sent: 15 January 2002 18:40 To: leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us Subject: Re: [Leica] Friday FS/ NEW M7 / Akademie Hi Rei, For me the only significance of this M7 (or whatever) is its impact on Leica's finances. I am perfectly happy with my two M6s and M3 and have no need for aperture priority or a faster synch speed or motorized film advance. The less automation, the better. That is why I have dumped the Ricoh GR1 as my pocket camera and gone to the all-manual Rollei 35.
