I also have size 12 shoes which transports my Leica from shot to shot.
They tend to be Clarks.
When people ask if i use zooms i point to down to them.
As long as my shoelaces are not tied together all my lenses are zooms i say.
Just one of the many of my one liners i think are so cute but I've got
to work on spontaneity and cut back on the Prozac.

Do the right thing!

I also have been in the situation and actually am in that situation now
where i could gleefully "Do the wrong thing!" with my photography and i
believe I've avoided these little traps that will come up if you stick
to it long enough.
I look in the mirror, and I'm not repulsed by what i see.

Expedience

I think its easy to do the right thing when you are not starving to death.
If i was broke I'd probably sell anything to just about anybody.
But those times hare getting harder to remember.

On a Saturday or Sunday I'll often take off by foot in the morning and
get home at night having shot (into the night) lots of film with my
Leica M6.
I cant think of anything more on topic than shoes. Check the archives i
know I've said this a number of times this year.

By the way if you want to make a big hit with the female significant
other (wife) get her a pair of Ariat Sport Clog-Brown shoes for around a
hundred bucks.
These are clogs which are part cowboy boot if you can picture that.

I wanted to get my wife some fancy shoes with this money i got at the
end of the year.
She says all she loves to wear is her clogs.
But these are fancy western clogs!
I'm a very popular guy around the house right now because of this.
