I do not think ebay or GM or most other businesses compare to Paypal because of the nature of Paypal's "business". Transaction dollars will flow in, and back out, of your account according to the interpretation of the T&C by Paypal. General Motors? well there is a great lemon law here in California. Ebay? they provide a venue for buyers and sellers, I don't see how it relates. Dollars flowed out of your account? Don't like it? well in the T&Cs you agreed to binding arbitration. (That's a whole new can of worms) Rest assured that the arbitrator gets more business from them than you. Like a B&W photo the T&Cs have shades of grey an interpretation may well 'favor' them, not you. There is lots more but I have wasted too much bandwidth on this. I acknowledge that for some people it works, each person makes their own decisions ;-) Dennis - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
