Subject: [Leica] Wanted: copy of Bellows II instructions

I'm looking for a copy (or the original) of the instructions for the Leica 
Bellows II--not the sales brochure. I already have the original brochure.

The sales brochure is reproduced in the Hove Foto Books 
reprint:  "INSTRUCTIONS for use of Reproduction Devices including 
Visoflexes and Bellows etc."

I'll happily reimburse copying and postage costs.
