You can get a non ASPH Summilux 35 in great shape for around $800. That is what
I would recommend - I love mine, even wide open it is quite usable, and at f2
or smaller it is *perfect*. Only fault is living with Series VII filters, which
I find to be a real drag (whoever though it was a good idea to haev filters
that do not screw onto the lens?!?)
