Feli, you have it exactly right with the SBOOI, when your subject gets
close, you use the dotted line as the top of the frame. It seems imprecise
but it really is not. With all the finders with a truly variable parallax
you spend as much time focusing, check the distance, set the finder, look,
find the subject has wandered off. The reality of shooting is most of your
subjects with a given lens will be about the same distance away so set the
finder for that distance and just go with it.
