IMHO, in terms of rangefinder accuracy:
Contax II > Leica M3 >= Nikon S2 > Leica M4, Nikon SP,S3, S4 >= Contax
IIa, IIIa > Leica LTM

Ergonomics:
Leica M4 >= Nikon S2, SP,S3, S4 > Leica M3, M2 > Contax II(a), III(a)
> Leica LTM.

However, I don't know enough about the C*n*n series to put it in the
comparison.
