Thanks for your comments. I think the "glow" is the result of the particular
film/scanner combination. This is the new Delta 400; I tend to end up with too
dense negatives and when I scan them, this is the result. It was the same thing
last week. It is not an effect I desire, and I have now cleaned my scanner as
Tina suggested and will reduce development time with the Delta 400 to get less
dense negatives.
