I build up my sales money there, and pay out when I buy something. On occasion, I hit a European seller who will not accept PayPal, so I simply send them US dollars in the mail. No hu-hu. Others have commented on "PayPal fees". I have been using PayPal for some time -- a couple of years? -- and have never been charged a dime. I just went back to review my account, and cannot find any charges at all. I suspect this is because I will not use a credit card.
