I know we have been here before, but I got B&H's digital catalog in the
mail today and it has a big write-up on the soon-to-be-released Contax
N1 with full sized CCD.  Leica (or Cosina?) should be talking seriously
to the clever folks at Kyocera to bring a full frame digital M to
fruition!
