I want to learn that trick. Well, there's hardly a trick. The Leitz V35 is more convenient to use if I am printing a large run or an entire roll of 35mm negatives; the Beseler has a better lens for miniature-format work and will handle medium-format. So, if I'm looking for the best in quality or I'm doing MF work or I'm printing slides, I use the Beseler. Otherwise, I use the V35. (If I ever can locate one of those 2.8/40 JSK APO-Componon HM lenses, that might change the equation back to doing all of my 35mm work on the V35 and all my MF work on the Beseler. But, then, I've never registered my V35 for Ilfochrome, so I'll probably continue to use the Beseler for that.)
