I have a couple of Benbo tripods but this lens is way too heavy for the Trekker (my favorite tripod) and perhaps even for the Benbo 2. My old Gitzo tripod weighs a ton and never gets outdoors. I do not have the palm rest and didn't see one offered with any of the three 280's which I found for sale. Was it originally included with the lens or sold separately?
