I solved the problem:

roll the film back until all is in the can, which is always safer then
taking a exposed film by accident twice.
Then I bought a film puller from JOBO (I also used the Pull outs from
ILFORD, they work but JOBO is better)

In the Lab I pull the films out by daylight, then I cut them properly and
the rest, you know....

PS: The first times it takes a little bit to get used to the pull out, but
when you got some experience itīs easy
