Prongs are in mint shape and work excellently. The outer surface of the shade has no bangs, scratches or dents and looks mint except for one place, smaller than the size of a dime, where there are 6 spots, the diameter of a ball point pen mark, where the black finish is off. Some of the white paint in the 135 engravings have also come off. The velvet inside is in excellent shape except for two streaks, each about 3mm x 15mm, where the surface has aged to a plastic-like hardness. Don't know how you would grade it, but cosmetic defects likely make it a non-collectable.
