PC Plod says he is sorry for relying on his NEW spellchecker.

PC Plod wrote Brian Read instead of Brian Reid.

PC Plod hangs his head in sorrow and with a genuine tear in his eye gives
himself three days in the slammer on bread and water followed by twenty
lashes.  Oh for the good old days.
