It has already been mentioned that the out of focus details are distracting. Sometimes out of focus highlights are hard to visualize with a rangefinder before you comit to film. I would of just cropped the top and you would of not lost any part of the atmosphere of the place. Or burn in the highlights or even smudge the highlights. I think the better solution is to move in closer or just use a Noct to blow those nasty white circles out of the water.
