I don't know, but those who have done it suggest the use of a
roller-cutting blade of the sort used on mounting matte papers and the like.

I have to dig through my boxes of stuff to see whether I have a double
back.  If so, then cutting the paper down becomes the next task!  I finally
got all the furniture rearranged so that my work table is back in my
dark-room, so I guess I'll be up and running very shortly.
