So if you are carrying 2 M6 bodies, plus 21, 35, 50 & 90mm latest fast lenses, you've got over $7000 there. How would you stash that in your hotel room? Would you leave that unattended, in an envelope, in an airport lobby or on a chair in a restaurant? I'm just back from the summer in the Middle east. I carried all my gear over and back in a Lowe backpack but, for shooting, the Leicas and lenses went around in a Billingham f4.5, which Leica USA was giving away free a few years ago.
