No scorn intended. I just couldn't figure out the "awe," if you will, in
the original post concerning his switch to Leicas. As I said, it's not
like this was some spectacular, well known, photographer making the
switch. And the comments you quoted below were NOT meant to be about
Beckerman. Am I impressed by his work? With a few exceptions, no. But
the comment was about those individuals who seem to think that the path
to great photography lies through the wallet.
