Subject: [Leica] Noctilux for Rabs

I just ordered a Noctilux from Glazers in Seattle!
I half feel like taking a train up there and picking it up myself in person.
We had a rare financial windfall i'm not sure if this kind of thing would
happen again.
I've had Noctilux on the brain for 6 months now.
The work of Tina Manley and Ted Grant and others, the recent chess pictures
posted by rei shinozuka have made a big impression on me. So I'm sweating
blood
waiting for this lens to come by Friday.

I'm planing on using this lens with Delta 100 as well as my mainstay, the
400.
And will probably be doing a lot of night and low light indoor shooting with
Neopan 1600.
It might be good to shoot with Kodachrome 64. I wont even thought about the
25,
maybe the 200.
It should be a big thing for my work. A pun i guess!

I'm going to just shoot with this lens for several months. Never take it off
the
camera. I'll go to San Francisco in a few weeks with it and then San Antonio
for
the LHSA thing. Leave my flash at home. Maybe this will extend through the
year!

...will balance perfectly with his new Rapidwinder

Mark Rabiner F ONE and be there!
...Feeling like he should add some Rodinal to his Xtol.
