The 80-200 f/4.5 is a Minolta design that pre-dates the 75-200 zoom. BTW a very high percentage of the 80-200 f/4.5 zooms delivered to Leitz were rejected by QC, so the ones that made it to market are likely to be better than the corresponding Minolta lens.
