Yes, its fingers for me.  Sponges and squeegees make me nervous.  I use
enough photo-flo to make the water sheet and wipe down with fingers 1 and 2.

I must admit that getting the exact photo-flo mix is tricky enough that I'm
tempted to try the distilled water trick.
