Incandescent light for all darkroom work. 25W bulb four feet above the
developer tray.
Fluorescent only for vieweing prints *after* fixing is complete.
Flourescent light may take up to 17 minutes to be completely extinguished.

For the ultimate lighting try Thomas Light. I never liked them because,
while they are very safe, the level of light is too high and impedes
evaluating negatives projected on the easel.
