I made one myself, because I was sick of the old one held together with gaffer tape! I bought the heaviest curtain backing material I could buy available at any material supplies shop - this is a plasticy white on one side and blue or green on the other. A lot of photographers use it in the darkroom. (?) I sewed up my own bag using two layers of this material back to back (two white sides in contact, so that just the blue surface was on the visible sides). The advantage of this is that it soaks any droplets of perspiration away - it's also a lot cooler than the old bag. With the old bag I used to have problems with sweat, hence moisture sticking things - with this one I have _none_ of this problem. It's a nice big, sturdy bag which it would be very difficult to accidently cut when I'm using scissors in it. For the arm holes I used a thinner black, velvety material - also doubled over, with elastic inserts. The only really important thing to remember is to double the joins back on themselves and then sew the seams _really_ tight. I've been using it for about 9 months now and it's worked great. (although not as slim packed away as some other bags it's very very sturdy and tough and will probably last about 20 years). I've also tested it in bright sunlight changing films etc and not a problem. cheers, Lucian G. - --
