Hi Vick,

Congratulatons on your 'new' IIIf!

The LTM CLAs take Sherry 8 hours. She 'backlogs' them, I think so they don't
take over her business to the detriment of servicing Ms and the SLs

There has been nothing but praise for her work here, LTMs included, but
unless you want to wait a year you need to look elsewhere.
