Until the early '70's, Leitz and Zeiss Ikon and Franke & Heidecke made their own filters. After that, Heliopan has tended, I understand, to make most of the Leica and Hasselblad filters, while B+W made the Rollei filters for a while, and, now, Heliopan. But this is subject to correction. I would suggest avoiding Hoya and Tiffen, and going for either B+W, Harrison and Harrison, or Heliopan, but, then, your mileage will undoubtedly vary!
