I don't mean in terms of resolution and contrast, so much, but in terms of
that dreamy signature that the Noct has... hard to put a term to it.  I
think it has much to do with the bokeh, though, and the way it pulls details
out of shadows.  I wonder if the Lux can match it there.

I've seen some of the same characteristics from my 75 summilux.  I love this
lens for that reason.  But it's nothing that would show up on Erwin's site.
I'm not sure it can be measured in any objective, quantifiable way.  But it
can be demonstrated.  Here a picture is truly worth a thousand words.
