The IIc is an early post-WWII camera, made from 1948 into 1951. Like the other Leica II series cameras it has no slow shutter speeds...that is, slower than 1/30th or so. Top speed is 1/500th. It's a fairly rare camera with production listed at 10,999 units. The chrome plating on early post-war Leicas is prone to pitting and flaking off, so if this one turns out to be a clean example it should make the collectors happy. - -Dave-
