Subject: [Leica] Voigtlander 21mm finder question

Dear all,

I've just got my hands on a 21mm Voigtlander lens. I can't wait to get out
and use it. In the mean time, can someone please help with a question about
the viewfinder...

I notice that there is a dotted line just below the top edge of the
brightlines. Is this for close up (and if so how close?) or does it correct
for parallax when using a rangefinder camera body rather than the bessa L?

I have RTFM'd, but as usual, details are scant in the Voigtlander blurb.

Thanks
