Check on lenses from the pictorialist period... before 1930..... Otherwise,
the lenses marked Portrait Lens are good bets.  remember these things are
NOT sharp.  Set your expectations!

You could try a Rodenstock Imagon, as they create somewhat similar images.
These are accomplished with a funny looking aperture ring.  Lots of small
holes surrounding a large central hole.  250mm for 4x5.  Fuji made a recent
copy in 180 mm.

There is 1 other possibility.... a really worthless lens that has beeen
scratched up or has lots of haze and fog inside.  These tend to create the
same sort of Bokeh-like feeling.  Obviously the cheapest solution.
