We forget that even though the Hindenburg, the crash of which doomed lighter than air travel, had over two thirds of its complement of crew and passengers survive the hellish crash, most aircraft disasters today result in the death or nearly all of those aboard!! I for one would enjoy a casual crossing of the Atlantic, with no jet lag, or feeling that travel was just a hectic nuisance in order to get somewhere faster!
