I think people have a problem with the size of the image in the .58 viewfinder. When your target is smaller, it is a bit harder to see if things are lined up correctly. It is my opinion that it is an issue of the human, not the camera that makes focusing the .58 with longer lens harder. I have been shooting wide open and MF SLR lens for a while now, 180/2.8 and 105/2. I think it because I am use to paying attention to focusing these long lens that focusing the 90 on the .58 is not that difficult for me. I can see where folks that are not use to shooting long, fast glass wide open might find the 90 a bit tricky to focus on the .58. Please do NOT get me wrong. If I did not ware glasses, I would have bought the .72 to make focusing easier! I am simply saying that focusing the longer lens is not a crap shoot for everytone:) > I worried about focusing even in the .72 finder, but to my surprise I seemed to > get it right on the dot. I think it is a lot more accurate for the wider lens, but when you start talking about 50/1, 75/1.4, 90, and 135, I think the focus does not have much tolerance at close range. Leica Shooter
