  I'd suggest ID-11 1:1 for those three films. Note that the highest
reasonable speed of Delta 3200 in ID-11 will be around EI 1250-1600 and,
considering the traditional .10 DU above fb&f for a Zone I exposure, EI
1600 is really a one-stop push.
  For Delta 3200 a phenidone developer such as Ilford Microphen or DD-X
will give a real speed of around EI 1250 (as opposed to 800) and you can
push from there.
  If you want to make it really easy just use the liquid-concentrate DD-X
for all of them. It'll give slightly more grain than ID-11, a little better
acutance, plus you can expect EI 125-160 with Delta 100 and EI 500-640 with
HP5+
