Yes.

The only ones that meter couple are the ones made for the 60mm Macro and the 100mm f/4 Macro-Elmar-R, and the Macro-Adapter-R 14256.  They're all 30mm or so.  The 14256 may have been replaced by a ROM version.

The tubes dedicated to particular macro lenses are the least expensive.  The Macro-Adapter-R tubes, especially the 14256, are the most useful so they're more expensive.  An unmodified Macro-Adapter-R can't be used on a Leicaflex, but I've modified mine so it will work, though with stop-down metering.
