Hi

I'm in the process of restoring an M2 that took a bath in the Atlantic "for
only a 15 minutes or so...." . The owner then threw it in a draw for a few
years. I opened it up, and as you might imagine, there are some problems,
but after bathing it in my own concoction, I have the shutter working at
slow speeds and it is on it's way to working. Naturally, this is a labor of
love. I just couldn't stand to see an "M" not working. Anyway, I need some
parts and I am looking for a parts camera. I don't need any range finder
parts, that cleaned up very well and looks great. The bottom part of the
camera had a number of shafts "frozen" and I am slowly getting them back,
but I do want to replace some of the parts down there. I also need the self
timer lever assembly. That just rusted solid and it needs to be completely
replaced, although the selftimer works just fine. I want to get the camera
working and shoot some pictures with it and then just add it to the
collection and maybe use it when I'm camping or in rough environments.
Heaven knows, it has a history.... I will never sell this camera, I've spent
too much time on it.

If you have parts to sell or donate (he he) please reply to
tlianza@sequelimaging.com

Thanks alot.
