R7, 80-200/4 ROM (My most used lens in the R system of late.) Supra 400

After the finish. Rose Festival Dragonboat Races on the Willamette River.
Downtown Portland, OR. June 2001. People begin training for this in January,
all for the opportunity to hoist the winning flag.
