I don't blame Mxsmanic (and others) for not signing his name.

I did a google search for information about marine photography and it
pulled out my posts from the LUG archives on this topic.

Blind leading the blind.

If a public search engine can access the LUG archives for years of
backdated posts it can have unfortunate results especially if the
poster has a sensitive job and the post was out of context.
