The source is the Kodak color profile for the type of film, and for destination I use Generic RGB since I havent figured out how to use the Adobe RGB (1998) as the destination profile with the Kodak PhotoCD Acquire module. I then use profile-to-profile to convert the image data to the Adobe RGB (1998) color space. I don't know how much of this capability you have with Photoshop 5 LE.
