Have you tried the Leica Musium in NY? I was able to order Erwin Puts book.

John,
Thanks, I've check it out. But shipping from the UK adds up too fast.
However I notice that there are two Compendiums, one for lens and one
for M cameras.
Now to find out where these can be found in the States.
