Actually, I meant that Leica gear costs more in the states than it does in
certain places like Germany and Hong Kong, but costs less in the states
than it does in places like France and Australia, which is exactly what I
wrote. This was in response to Austin's question:

which is incorrect. Camera goods do cost more in certain other countries,
as I and others have pointed out.
