I do both, depending on the shoot. Two bodies with the same film is
liberating and different film is challenging. I find the trick is to
give a priority to one type of shooting and let the other follow where
possible. As an example, I recently did a wedding where the bride wanted
some of the candids to be in B/W. The bulk of the shots were in color
with flash -  not very artistically challenging. But I also kept an eye
out for just a few shots that I thought would work in B/W with available
lighting & of those, this one is my favorite:
