This realy does help. I have been using the Kodak mailers also. I bought
four rolls from B/H and for a roll of 36 with the mailer it was over $11.
This is a little high I feel, but then I think it is strictly supply and
demand working here. Sounds like A/I are more expensive.

Yep A&I is slightly more expensive than the unit cost of a  PK36 from B&H. 
Another reason I'm using mostly PK36 now is I found someone selling 'em
cheap 'cuz he was leaving the country.
