Tom,

IMHO, A&I has done as well as Kodak has with my Kodachromes.  I've given
Kodak far more opportunities than A&I to screw up and both have managed to
provide less-than-optimal results.  On the whole though, the vast majority
of the work from either lab has been fine.

Here on the left coast, the turnaround using A&I is better by at least a
week, but since A&I's mailers are generally a bit more $$ than Kodak's and
the turnaround time isn't a big deal for most of my work, I'm using Kodak
most.
