As in the top of the camera was not level left to right. Look at the upper right hand corner of the building. Converging lines would have that line tilted into the center of the photo. Its not. Convergence would have the sides "falling in" towards the middle. The edge of the building thats right above the woman's head is tilted. Its pretty much in the middle and the perspective convergence would not show there, but its tilted to the right as well. Henry
