I'M NOT USING BLACK TAPE TO PLAY "HIDE THE LEICA!" I'm just after something to keep the corners of the baseplate/rapidwinder from getting all dinged up. (I wouldn't mind so much if it were brass underneath.) You all should see the bottom corners of my Nikons.
