Hi Rob,
And that's always or should be for any photographer!

Sure it's nice to have the crispy sharpie contrastie etc etc etc of Leica
glass, but the bottom line is "how good is the image on the screen or page?"
If you are not effected good, bad or ugly about the photograph, who really
cares how sharp etc. it is?

We do have those around here who's total or appears to be their total
commitment to the "how many crispies to the inth degree does the lens
produce" concern, than to the quality of the content and impact of the
picture taken. Good on them, that's their thing.

However, it becomes nauseating when it dribbles on .... yep I delete a ton
of them.... when it becomes a "personal word war" of no consequence to
picture taking.

I've always been in awe of what Erwin does in producing his testing results,
an amazing fellow with his dedication to the craft. And for those who must
challenge him re: "his degree qualifications and who is he to say what he
does" means nothing due to his years of experience in the procedures he
uses.

I'm of the school that feels (from my personal experience of many years)
with some folks a degree doesn't mean diddly squat for brains and ability!
I've encountered more than a few supposedly well educated with degrees up
the ying yang that are as stupid as all get out! Too many of them folks
around without any down to earth common sense real-time learning's.

But lets' put this vitriol personal attacking behind the scenes and get on
with "talking, about using Leica cameras" and not about abusing each other!

After all, it is about using them isn't it?
