Subject: [Leica] Message Duplicates

Dear Brian,
Using Eudora (v.5) on a Mac, I occasionally get up to four
repetitions of the same message, and wonder if the cause is with the
listserver or at my end.

Today, for example, I received three duplicates in the following
directory order (sender's name omitted):

Sender name 18:36:40 31/3/01 +0100 Re [Leica] OT: New Digital Scanner Option
Sender name 18:36:41 31/3/01 +0100 Re [Leica] Re: Disappointing Leica chat
Sender name 18:36:42 31/3/01 +0100 Re [Leica] OT: New Digital Scanner Option
Sender name 18:36:44 31/3/01 +0100 Re [Leica] OT: New Digital Scanner Option

In case it helps, the message headers were:

X-Sender: m04azs00/pop3.cwcom.net@localhost (Unverified)
Date: Sat, 31 Mar 2001 18:36:40 +0100

It's no big deal, but I'm curious. Any idea why this happens?

Best wishes,
Nick.
