They are now helping the RPS put together a more suitable application for the future but the society has opened the location up to many options and is actively encouraging suggestions from local authorities who may support their presence. Brian Bower was a previous president who thought that a relocation to Manchester would be particularly appropriate, perhaps that may yet happen. regards, Jem - -----Original Message----- From: apbbeijing [SMTP:apbbeijing@yahoo.com] Sent: 29 March 2001 01:28 To: Leica Users Group Subject: Re: [Leica] RPS Internation Exhibition Great news Gerry - any chance of posting it on the web for us all to get a glimpse? BTW what is happening with the RPS relocation? I loved the Octagon in Bath but guess the rent is too high. Years ago they used to have a fabulous display of Leicas - looked like the whole family tree - but alas no more. Probably in Japan now. I understand there is an enormous collection on display at a camera museum in Hokkaido... Anyhow, I hope you used the RPS special edition M6 for the photo or that they give you one as a prize ;^) Bests Adrian - -- Adrian Bradshaw Corporate and Editorial Photography Beijing, China tel/fax +86 10 6532 5112 mobile +86 139 108 22292 e-mail apbbeijing@yahoo.com OR adrianpeterbradshaw@compuserve.com website: http://www.apbphoto.com http://www.liaisonintl.com/bradshaw.htm http://www.liaisonintl.com/bradshaw_e.htm _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
