I shoot a lot of demonstrations, with anywhere from a couple of dozen to several thousand people. I could never get the right atmosphere in the shot that would convey the expansiveness of the event. When I tried it the other day, I made a couple hundred look like a paltry dozen. I kept looking at the proofs, and looking, and still looking and kept seeing all that dead space, never mind I was elbow deep in a mass of humanity. Well, now that the gloves are off between this administration and the riders in the economic steerage, I'm sure to have a lot of practice with that 15mm. It's contrast is reminiscent of the Leitz lenses of the 50's and 60's which would play well with the subject content I plan to apply it to. Slobodan Dimitrov henry wrote: > > >.
