Actually, what you have is the gold model, on which they had to put
an elaborate plastic/paint finish to make it look like the standard
solid plastic version. You should be able to get enough on eBay for
it to keep you in plastic finders for the rest of your Leica life!

Mine, unfortunately, seems to be solid plastic. :-(
